About my paintings
Ich male intuitiv, spontan – und bringe das zum Ausdruck, was mich im Inneren bewegt. Es sind Gemälde, die eher zufällig als gewollt entstehen. Pablo Picasso sagte “First I dream my painting and then I paint my dream”. Für mich gilt: “First I paint my feeling and then I see what I am at (to create my dream)”.
Die Stimmung, die in mir vorherrscht, zeigt sich immer in den Werken. Somit ist jedes meiner Bilder ein Spiegel dessen, was ich im Moment der Erschaffung spüre und fühle. Es gilt als Tagebuch, in dem ich ablesen kann, was mich im Inneren beschäftigt. Der freutsche Weg des prozessorientierten malens erfüllt mich mit tiefster Zufriedenheit, denn er spiegelt das Innere selbst beim Erschaffen eines Bildes wieder. Im Idealfall macht die Kunst, die aus meiner Feder entspringt, den Betrachter glücklich und gibt auch ihm die Spiegelmöglichkeit. Die kindlich-naive Malweise ermöglicht den Zugang zum Inneren.
